Southwestern Pasta Salad


14 oz. Mrs. Miller’s Chili Jalapeno Noodles

1 large tomato, chopped
1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 small bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Juice of 1 1/2 fresh limes
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp. salt


Cook Noodles according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain. Set aside.

Add remaining ingredients to Noodles and toss well. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
