Sour Cream Biscuits


2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted


Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Place into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes or until test done.

Note: These are wonderful with sausage gravy or with butter and jam. Sometimes I add some chopped fresh basil and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. They are so moist you may not even need butter!
