Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch


3/4 cup white sugar
4 cups fresh strawberries
4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
4 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats


Mix sugar, strawberries, rhubarb, flour, lemon peel, and cinnamon together and place into a 9"x13" baking dish.

Mix butter, brown sugar, 1 cup flour, and rolled oats until crumbly, using a pastry cutter. Sprinkle over top of fruit. Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes or until fruit is soft and the top is lightly browned.
