Meat, Potatoes, & Noodles

1 lb. ground beef
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
10 ¾ oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup

16 oz. package Mrs. Miller’s Medium Noodles or Mrs. Miller’s Pot Pie Squares

1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 cup milk
½ tsp. salt
½ Tbsp. butter

4 cups mashed potatoes


Brown beef in skillet until ¾ done, then add salt and pepper. Continue frying beef until completely done. Add cream of mushroom soup to the meat. Place in a casserole dish and set aside. Prepare Noodles according to package instructions. Place on top of meat. Mix together cheese, milk, ½ tsp. salt, and butter. Heat until melted. Spread evenly over top of meat and noodles. Spread mashed potatoes over top of mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Note: You can use instant potatoes as a substitute for the mashed potatoes to save time.
