Herb Pesto Sauce

Herb Pesto Sauce


2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
1/2 cup toasted sliced or slivered almonds
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
3/4 cup olive oil


Place all ingredients into food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Serve with hot, cooked Mrs. Miller’s Noodles of your choice!
