Garlic-Parsley Pizza Toss


14 oz. package Mrs. Miller’s Garlic-Parsley Noodles.
1 cup diced green bell-pepper
1 cup diced onion
8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. pepperoni, sliced into thin strips

Maria’s Pizza Sauce
1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste
2 cups warm water
6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 ½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried marjoram
½ tsp. black pepper
⅛ tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt


Cook Noodles according to package instructions; rinse and drain. Sauté green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in olive oil until almost tender, then add it to cooked noodles. Add Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni to the Noodle mixture and toss.

Combine sauce ingredients together. Let sit for 30 minutes. Next mix sauce with Noodles. Heat through and serve.
