Ingredients:

  • 1 16oz Pack of Mrs. Miller’s Medium Egg Noodles
  • 1 LB Ground Beef
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 C Tomato Juice or 1 Can Tomato Soup
  • 2 C Frozen Peas
  • ¾ LB Velveeta Cheese, sliced
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

Cook Mrs. Miller’s Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.

Brown Ground Beef with the diced Onion in a skillet.

Add the Soups, and Peas to the warm Noodles.

Add the Tomato Juice to the Ground Beef and Onion mixture.

Using a 9 x 13″ casserole dish, layer the Noodle mixture, then Ground Beef mixture, and repeat.

Place the Cheese on top covering the casserole.

Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve hot.
