1 cup mayonnaise (no substitutions)
1 tsp. curry powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Mix all together and refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight for best flavor. Serve with fresh veggies.
