Lemon Cilantro Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 ½ cups sliced carrots
2-3 cloves of garlic (crushed) 

15 cups water
¾ cup Mrs. Miller’s Chicken Soup Base
1 16oz. pkg. Mrs. Miller’s Old Fashioned Egg Noodles, width of your choice
3 cups chopped chicken
¼ tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped

Directions:

In a large pot, sauté onions and carrots in olive oil until the onions are slightly golden. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add water and soup base to the pot and bring to a rolling boil. Next add uncooked noodles, chicken, black pepper, and salt and bring back to a rolling boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for at least 20 minutes. Add lemon juice and cilantro to soup and stir. Serve warm.

Note: 
Try this recipe using Lemon Pepper Flavored Noodles and scale back the lemon juice and pepper or leave it as is for even more flavor. 

Mexican Breakfast Pizza

Mexican Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

1 garlic clove, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup oil
6 white corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
5 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper
1 cup Mrs. Miller's chunky salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Sauté garlic and onion in 1 Tbsp. oil. Remove from pan. Set aside. Add ¼ cup oil to the same pan and fry tortillas until they are lightly golden. Then return garlic and onion to pan. Pour eggs and salt and pepper into pan over top of tortillas. Cover and cook on low for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally, taking care so it keeps a nice round shape. Place salsa and cheddar cheese over top of cooked eggs. Allow to melt before serving.

Iced Mocha Cappuccino

Iced Mocha Cappuccino

Ingredients:

½ cup hot Water
5 Tbsp. Mrs. Miller’s Mocha Cappuccino
¼ cup Milk
2 heaping cups ice

Directions:

Stir together water and Cappuccino until Cappuccino is dissolved. Let it cool slightly. Pour into blender. Add milk and ice and blend until ice is finely crushed. Top with whip cream and chocolate syrup if desired.

Servings: 2

Peanut Butter Breakfast Shake

Peanut Butter Breakfast Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup of vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup of Mrs. Miller’s Peanut Butter Marshmallow Spread
½ cup of 2% milk
3 Tbsp. of dry quick oats
½ of cup ice cubes
1 medium banana

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
