Simple Baked Apples

Ingredients:

6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup whole milk

Directions:

Place apples into a large bowl. Stir brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves into apples until evenly distributed. Spoon into a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle cranberries and pecans over top. Pour milk evenly over top. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes, or until bubbly and apples are soft. Serve with oatmeal, French toast, or as a side dish with whipped cream.
