4 cups fresh brewed, hot coffee
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Mix all ingredients together and stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until chilled. Served over crushed ice.
Note: You may also use 2% milk or half n half cream instead of heavy whipping cream. It is just as good, and with less calories. Strong coffee is recommended but lighter varieties can be used depending on preference. Similar yet better than the bottled Starbucks coffee!
