2 cups Water
½ cup Cider Vinegar
3 cups Celery, thinly sliced
Cook Noodles according to package instructions. Set aside. Fry bacon until crispy. Reserve 4 Tbsp. Bacon drippings in the skillet. Drain bacon of remaining drippings on paper towels. Sauté onion in bacon drippings until tender. Stir sugar, flour, salt, and ground mustard into onions.
Add water and cider vinegar and stir well. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Pour over noodles. Stir well. Add celery to mixture. Then add crumbled bacon. Stir well and heat through.
